Who has the best Healing Factor in DC? (spoiler from JLoA #23 included)

Lobo, by far. Check the fight with Mask or his crossover with the Authority. In 52, he can regenerate from a pool of blood.

Oddly enough, Vixen might outdo Lobo. She reconstructed her body from nothing and can create copies with the same animal abilities.

His spirit possessed one of the snails who then ate all the other snails and then waited until his flesh passed through the snail's system (you know what I mean) and he re-generated his body back.

In Vixen's case, it's good that they chose planaria. In the old Animal Man issue... they chose bacteria, which are explicitly not part of the Red, they're part of the divided.

Just throwing a shout-out to the Paul Kirk Manhunter, who had a healing factor too. While not on a par with Lobo or Vixen, he was definitely tough - though not impossible - to kill.

I'd also put my vote for Lobo for #1 regeneration.

I do not know much about Vandal Savages regeneration but I guess its quite impressive too considering his immortality. No idea how he would have handled the "eaten by a bunch of snails" though :P .
