I was wondering, at the end there, if I am right and that is a red herring, is there anyone else that could be besides Wolverine? For Wolverine is the only person in the Marvel Univetse who has three claws that come out of each hand. They even make a note of that in this issue. But since this is one of many mini series about finding him, could they have actually done it here? The solits for the next issue at least suggests as much. But then there the fact there another one shot after all the minis where they all come together to finally track him down. So is the next issue then just a brief tussle with Wolverine before he escapes and does that happen in all these minis hence why everyone has to join up in that final Hunt For Wolverine one shot? If so, then this does indeed feels like a waste, especially since DD isn't all that prominent of a character here at all. But since we're only two issues all this conjecture could be presumptuous on my part. But the reasoning for it I don't think is baseless. Ah well. I suppose the next two issues will tell the whole tale (or not).

Also, how will these mini series be collected in tpb/HCs? Will they just be the minis alone, or will each have the first and last Hunt For Wolverine one shots?

So I picked up this for cheap today. So far it’s really bizarre!

It's worth checking out (although I probably would have recommended the Epic Collection so you could also read Tree of Knowledge). I think it's a terrible story, but I do think it's a story worth reading.

Interested in reading Daredevil? Not sure what to read next? Why not check out the Daredevil Book Club for some ideas?

While I don't praise Weapons Lost so much, after having taken a peak at the other Hunt For Wolverine minis, I must give credit where it's due for it is far and away the only one whose main story is actually actively investigating and searching for Wolverine whereas the others seem to be preoccupied with something else entirely.

For some reason this just occurred to me: Weapons Lost #3 could have DD going up against Wolverine (if that's really him)! That's exciting!

No Defenders season two, this time coming from someone higher up. This is too bad. There's great potential there. If only they had the talent behind the camera to realize it!

he really stole the show. the scene where they were all in the restaurant made me feel badly for the actor. the others weren't really giving him anything to work with. good thing that Stick showed up.

I'm definitely disappointed. Imagine what a good version could have been!

DD and Jessica were awesome together, too. I'll easily miss another pairing of them the most.

Agreed. I haven't even watched full seasons of any other hero's shows with the exception of Punisher. No skin off my nose.

What would Matt do if he came across one of Spidey's more monstrous and vicious enemies like Venom? Retreat most likely, no? He couldn't win...could he?
