That list is from 2006.
David Michelinie
Dan Slott
I think that their last issue was around the time than the Green Lantern movie came out.
I prefer Michelinie's run, but I am really influenced by nostalgia (started reading Michelinie's as a kid) and tantrum (I'm still pissed with OMD).
But Slott's run is really good, different and fun. He's one of the nowadays writers that makes it worth to buy a floppy, there's actually enough content there for you to enjoy your overpriced hobby (for enough time... no over-decompression...). I love that characters' situations and clues can be found across 100 issues, just like old times. It's great to have the same writer's voice for the characters for years. He's a great writer, his Silver Surfer run was one of the comics I love the most in a decade and I can't wait for F4 (and ASM 801)!
I bet that in 20 years Superior Spider-Man and Spider-Verse will be considered classics. My only criticism on his run is how sometimes Peter acts impulsively (and with his punches).
