More notable guns:
The Castor (outlaw star)
could shoot spells including weaponized black holes
Halo 1 pistol*
Angel Arm (trigun)
Gravity Gun (xelee sequence)
causes violent gravity interactions. Blew up a star.
* Cthulhu will get it ;P

Fools.
The best part, is that Composite Sword means that you get Excalibur.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

The Angel Arms were more the user than any actual gun. In the anime, they appeared to be more like catalysts that would trigger the physical transformation of Vash or Knives, but they did seem to still be part of the end result; in the manga, the Angel Arms weren't any physical weapon, but rather the biological weapons/objects Vash and Knives could produce.
Do ray guns count?

Well there are quite a few Demons that look like Guns, so hey.
No love for the Death Sentence (Final Fantasy 7), which powered up for each thing you killed until it could one-shot even the incarnations of The Planet's Wrath?
Or any Disgaea gun, which basically bumps the stats up to "Ludicrously crazy"? (Although to be fair the Yoshitsuna (the best sword from those games) could match the guns in pretty much everything. YES including Range.)
Eros/Anti Eros (Scion) which were basically Cupid's Arrows in gun form, or StromBringer which was basically Mjoliner as a gun.
It was the sheath that had all the power in classic Authrian tales.
Bah, Fiction is FULL of sword that no one could lift until someone comes along and does.
The MunchKING is Back! And he is AWSOME!

That's also a thing that a whole bunch of weapons in the Tales Of series can do, some of which are swords. I can't remember if any of the games with those weapons had party members that used guns, though.
(EDIT: Wait, Tales of Xilia 2 should fit the bill.)
Speaking of the Tales Of series, there's the Eternal Sword, which is magical, can have one or two blades, allows for teleportation and time travel, and can split one world into two worlds that are dimensionally overlapping one another, and later fuse them back into one world.

Swords have crissaegrim's quad slicing ginsu action.

"And that's the essential problem with 'Planetary' right there. When Elijah Snow says, 'The world is a strange place'... he gets Dracula, Doc Savage and Godzilla... When we say it, we get The Captain Fire-Cock Rock 'n' Roll Spectacular."

oh you know i love me some 12 swords
A sword so strong the writer had to get rid of asap
basically yes, but the thing is a lot stronger then that description makes it out to be. it works unseen on at least a global level. almost like anything that CAN happen, WILL happen, and always in your favor. if it's possible your opponent will get a heart attack? he will. if it's possible he will get distracted by seeing someone he thought was a close friend / enemy? he will.Coinspinner (12 Swords) makes the wielder lucky and opponents unlucky.

Speaking Gun would seem to elminate all opponents.
