    Marvel Supernatural Part 2

    STRANGE #1 ***BRAND NEW SERIES***
    Written by GERARD WAY
    Plot by GLOBAL HONORED
    Art by GREG CAPULLO
"Magical Mystery Tour, Part I: Love Thy Craft"
Stephen Strange has lost a lot in his days. First he lost the mastery of his surgically precise hands and his wildly successful medical career in tow. From there he made a magical recovery after a little indignant self-pity by following a new path, albeit a very ancient one. He lost his mentor along the way, lost the Eye of Agamotto and the title of Sorcerer Supreme with it. Recently he's even lost his devilishly enchanting wife, his ultimate mancave aka the Sanctum Sanctorum, his most powerful possessions and possibly his manservant in a messy divorce. Now Stephen Strange finds himself homeless, on the street hauling around an antique trunk that contains all that remains from his collection of mystical artifacts (see the "Everything Esoteric Must Go" Yard Sale, i.e. she threw his sh*t to the curb in the pages of THE DEFENDERS) and possibly having unintentionally and irreparably broken time with his fellow non-teammates (also those so called DEFENDERS.)
Now the search begins...for his stuff! Strange must track down and recollect his cherished treasures before last Saturday's 50 cent grab bag bargain accidentally summons some primordial god beast or throws the city into the dark dimension (Foreshadow much?) And his peers...where are Richards, Drumm, Parker and Murdock these days anyway? Has he really been that out of touch this year...s? And above all, what about Wong? How is he supposed to keep Earth's realm safe from Lovecraftian terrors, or find his dry-cleaning without assistance from his most trusted and faithful friend? Seriously, he just went through his last clean pair of blue tights and refuses to wear those tacky red ones with a big gaping run in them.
So onward, like a ghost he wanders through the city alone pondering the disorder of things or did he just miss his turn at the crossroads of Hudson St. and the Ethereal Plane? More than ever, the Doctor needs to find himself and fast because trouble of a most treacherous and otherworldly nature is brewing, literally, in his very city...
Elsewhere in his very city - trouble brews (we told ya!) Isaiah Curwen, formerly known as Silver Dagger for his knifey sorcerer slashing skills, has renounced the Darkhold and his pseudo-christian zealotry, and fanatically replaced it with the Necronimocon and a theology even more old school. Curwen has formed his own church and accumulated quite a nasty congregation of the blindly devoted and dangerously demented. A cloud of rumors hovers over their name, tales of animal sacrifices, brutal discipline, acts of vandalism, larceny, kidnapping and strangest yet a penchant for leaving behind octopus tentacles at the scenes of their crimes. Just last weekend Curwen's band of followers raided a rummage sale in the Village that will put a new terrifying spin on Black Friday. Beware the Cult of Cthulhu!
Prepare to be spellbound by this new supernatural series from the macabre minds of Gerard Way and Greg Capullo as we set out to explore the dark arts and stranger things of the AOM Universe.

Deacon Frost was the God of Time for a week, just one week and somehow the Earth is stuck back in the Dark Ages! Hercules finds himself having to explain to Roma and Merlyn that this isn't really their time and that King Arthur really shouldn't shove his sword up and through Deacon as Herc really needs to start putting things back together. Unfortunately it seems that this isn't anything to do with Deacon so that means someone powerful enough to mess with Time and Gods is playing with the world...Herc remembers the Dark Ages, it was boring and stank and it's shaping up that way the second time round too!

Eve von Doom struggles on but the plague never gives up anyone easily. The boils and sores cover her body as she limps into the next village where mere minutes later the entire village chases and clubs her back out. She brings them death, just no longer in the form of her deadly guns. She has walked as Death and so she now is. She must find a Doctor who will invest in time for her before she ends up curling in the plague fires and blowing away into obscurity.
Ichabod Crane slips the hook nosed Doctors mask back over his face and slips the blanket over the child's face, there is more then one plague here. Time is bleeding out and the Dark Ages are rotting the Earth to it's core. Of course Time could get infected and the disease was just waiting to take hold.
