The events of the last few weeks involving The Cold Man have left the ATLAS agents at a loss. But as deep as the wounds are, there are still other high priority missions that need their attention. One such mission is being carried out by Violet and 3D-Man as they have an unlikely team-up with long time enemy Max Fury. He tells them that his old organization, The Secret Empire has undergone as massive change as a new leadership has taken over and ousted the old order, many who were killed in the transition. They travel to an undisclosed island in the middle of the Pacific, which hides a massive compound. As they get closer, they recognize an emblem on the uniforms being worn by the inhabitants of the island. The Secret Empire has been taken over by a threat even more dangerous: The New COBRA!
