If Gandalf wins he gets his friends back from the dead, if Flagg wins then Gandalf's friends come back from the dead but under his thrall and subserviant to his bidding. There is an alternative outcome, Flagg could do with Gandalf's help on a little mission or two out in the Nether Worlds where reality crashes into the primordial beginnings from when ce it came and where big teeth wait to gnash and gnaw at all who fall! All Flagg needs is a little help finding the last of the Bends, and then Gandalf can have everyone back from the dead! The manin black grins, showing off the whitest teeth, of course Flagg never lies!
