Frank Castle, Beatrice Kiddo and Raylan Givens are no longer enemies now that they have a common target in mind. However, the heist is something that they will have to do without Raylan Givens, because he is lured back to Kentucky, with the prospect of juggling two cases at once, and views Boyd Crowder as a more pressing problem than a two-bit drug Lord in Miami.
