***Batman has a plan to get the vigilante gangs off of the streets of Gotham. He will unleash his own gang onto the streets, the Fallen Angels! The Fallen Angels and their leader, Matches Malone, are about to make the streets a very unhealthy place to be for any amateur vigilante. Of course half of the Fallen Angels are Batman’s colleagues and the other half are former gang members that he occasionally finds a use for. Now the question is will the mysterious Cold Justice be fooled by the smoke and mirrors trick? Meanwhile what is happening in Gotham has not gone unnoticed as other vigilante gangs have started springing up in cities across the globe. The streets run red with blood as heroes all over begin to point the finger of blame at Batman, “Get your City under control! Or we’ll do it for you!”
***Thomas and Martha Wayne were always supposed to die, but they were supposed to die years before they actually did. The deadly and secret group The Pentateuch had planted an assassin amongst them but they were betrayed. And now the deadly businessman of the group, Deuteronomy, is about to remind Alfred Pennyworth that he owes them two deaths.
***The Joker stares at the corpse of the Riddler trying to work out the riddle. He took the body from the morgue so that he could do this in private but why does he feel like he’s being watched? The real Joker watches the brainwashed Jim Gordon walk around the Riddler’s dead body and decides to see where this goes.

To Love is to Lose Part 1
When you lose your parents at an early age, it can scar you for life. We all know that happened to Bruce Wayne. We know that this event started him on the path of becoming the Batman. But that wasn't the only thing that happened to Bruce. And his path wasn't always a straight one.
Years Earlier:
College student abroad, 19, good looking, and rich. Other people would be living the life, but not Bruce Wayne. Intense student, studying business at Oxford University to run Wayne Enterprises, his father's company....his father. All roads lead back to his father and mother...that night. It's during one of these musings that he sees her, the quiet redhead with green eyes, strikingly beautiful, Vanessa Nickson. They share many of the same classes, and here, in the library, Bruce catches her staring at him. As he is leaving, she approaches and invites him to meet friends at the Tavern by the Bridge.
At the tavern, Bruce finds that he is having a good time. The food is good, being with young people his own age is therapeutic. And Vanessa is wonderful to be around. They just click. Just when things are going well, someone recognizes Vanessa as being the daughter of Baron Nickson. Drunk, he intends to make Vanessa pay her father's debt to him. This isn't going to end well.

Something though is not quite right, the gangs of criminals are a little too organised, a little too skilled. Which is why he is now walking straight into the GPD building, before the League arrives he must continue his good work. Crisis of Conscience Part 3: Red Hood & Huntress
On his way to Gotham General to see Adrienne, Clark gets a call from his cousin Steven Archer, a DEA agent, regarding Adrienne and the calling card left at the scene. They agree to meet in front of the hospital. Before they can get inside, both are attacked by Anarky and his men and badly beaten. At the scene, 2 more of Anarky’s calling cards.
At Tim’s apartment, he meets with Jason and Helena to discuss what they know about the Gotham U massacre. All agree that the Mendoza cartel will be a problem in Gotham. They also agree that Bruce’s methods might not be able to deal with the more ruthless nature of the cartel’s tactics. The 3 of them decide to work together. They also decide to ask Iron Maiden to aid them since she answered Tim’s call for help at the university. Later, when Tim finds out about the attacks on Adrienne and Clark, all 3 decide to head to the hospital.
When Tim, Jason, and Helena exit the apartment building, Anarky and his men attack.
