I know you’ve stated that all your work is different for each title that you work on, but is there anything that you recommend we read to get a feel for your work and writing style?
hmmm.
from the big two, try these.
KING IN BLACK: BLACK PANTHER #1
SOLO #5
TRUTH AND JUSTICE #1
MOSAIC # 4
from me with zero editorial interference
try the BATTLEBOOKS (inexpensive)
All different from one another, no editors in sight.

The Return of Cadre 1
PILGRIM
or the stuff I'm doing on TAPAS (it's free)
the winterman project
It's been over 20 years.... seems unlikely at this point.
I'm that guy who likes minor characters. Especially the ones who only have one comic appearance ever.
But the Acolytes are bad guys who.... well..... embodied one of the best X-men eras ever. It gave the Xmen opponents who... actually stuck around. Who aren't mustache twirling madmen.
The Age of Krakoa was a cohesive story woven throughout all of the titles. With mutants scattered about the globe, will there be a sense that they know about what others are doing? Will this next stage be as tightly woven and where does X-Force fit?

Just a fun question,
If you were offered to write an ongoing series for at least a year and you would have to choose between these, which one would you pick and why?
1 - The Imperial Guard
2 - New Warriors
3 - Exiles

double post.
The cover for issue #2 of your X-Force is very exciting, Geoff! Looking forward to finding out what the heck X-Force is doing in Wakanda.
"Danielle... I intend to do something rash and violent." - Betsy Braddock
Krakoa, Arakko, and Otherworld forever!
I said this in the Ultimate Black Panther thread. Forge vs T'Challa should produce some fantastic tech feats. Two super-geniuses butting heads.
Question: As it's a bit problematic...and I agree completely...especially where managing expectations and information is concerned, do you think it would be better if the writers are the ones to do the solicits and would you be allowed to do your own?
