Dennis (UK version) had some pretty crazy shenanigans in his time. What's the criteria for "mischief" here?

Little Dennis was one tricky sob, lol, mostly mischievous and not mean, bad or evil. He was like a bad luck charm for "poor old Mr Wilson".

However, Bart grew up in an era and did things Dennis never thought of doing. He would be seen more as "the bad kid" than mischievous, doing things on purpose, getting back at people, etc.
