Question. Would Americans consider a Spaniard like Empath to be a minority?

Antonio Bandaras is a Spaniard, but plays Mexicans or other latino's in Hollywood. White in the American world view usually means "Looks like a northern European", not whatever vague racial definition is used on the census.
