Compassion is admirable, but in this case I'd have to question its feasibility. I can't picture any mother faced with the person who murdered her child just shrugging it off. I certainly don't believe Guido (despite the fact that I really like him as a character) should just get a pass for it. I figure Rahne's just biding her time. There's no way she hasn't thought long and hard about this scenario.
