I voted for Option #1. Your eligibility to join any team should be based on what you can do, not on how you acquired the ability to do it.
Mutants being on non x-teams OK/ non mutants being on x-teams OK

Hank Pym could replace Hank McCoy in the X-Men team.
Moon Girl as well, she's the one who ended IVX in the mutants favour, working with Forge to destroy the terrigen cloud. Ms Marvel probably too, due to her friendship with Cyclops. And another Inhuman - Synapse, because of her work with Rogue and Cable on the Avengers Unity Squad.

The X-Men were formed because they were mutants and not just any team like FF, Avengers, Defenders.
Their cause is different from other non-mutant teams.
So I don't support non-mutants being on X-Men if they don't have the X gene.
It's fine if they are in supporting non-fighting role like Moira Mctaggert but not fighting alongside them.
Yes! I am quite bored with genocidal villains who want to destroy mutantkind for squiffy ill-defined reasons, some of which are mutants themselves.
It's like if every single Thor story had to be all about someone wanting to kill all the Asgardians, or every single Ms. Marvel or Moon Girl story was about someone wanting to genocide the Inhumans. I think we've hit that note already...
I'm surprised with the results so far.
I was sure we would have more votes in Mutants being on non x-teams OK/ non mutants being on x-teams NOT OK but I'm happy to be wrong.
This is what Uncanny Avengers was supposed to be. I think it is a great idea both ways.
I could see nuhumans on teams with mutants because they don't have the baggage that the ex-royals have, but if there are people who oppose humans on teams with mutants, I doubt they would like inhumans mingling with them. They have set a precedent though: In Secret Warriors, Magik helped the nuhumans fight Mister Sinister, Moon Girl and the X-Men teamed up against Doom-bots, and Frank McGee is going to be in a mutant-related story. I think IVX was a terrible direction to go in. The super hero vs. super hero events (ie. AVX) are what cause people to want everyone separate. It would be interesting to have a book to deal with the elephant in the room. Especially since ResurrXion showed that mutants aren't going anywhere.
Kid Omega would be in new West Coast Avengers.
Why?
How torturous.
IMO
Mutants being on non x-teams OK/ non mutants being on x-teams OK
BUT
Mutants being on non-X-Books NOT OK/ non-X-Characters being on X-Books NOT OK
I'm really a big fan of the secluded universe deal. It's just a lot cleaner, and works better for us, I've always felt.
Apart from Clint Barton, the entire team is aged 21 or under. So Iceman would've only fitted if it was the time displaced version. But Cyclops left the Champions for a reason!
Nur's X story already started - Hunt for Wolverine: Weapon Lost.

I'm suggesting older Iceman specifically because of older Hawkeye.
