T'Challa: Black Panther Appreciation 2018

This season of the AVENGERS series is devoted to BLACK PANTHER. That's why they changed the subtitle, the design and the animation style.

What it is: BIG Fun. NOTHING like what MARVEL ANIMATION has attempted before. A globe-spanning adventure that builds the Panther's and Wakanda's mythology in ways no one here (or anywhere) can anticipate.

What it is not: The movie. The comic book. Batman. Anything like MOSAIC (which is still awesome and you should buy it so I can do more, but still, no.)

You are not ready for this.

You are ABSOLUTELY ready for this.

It's one of the best things I've done in my entire career.

Since Mosaic was brought up, what were the long term plans for him? Would Tchalla or Tony make him a synthetic body he could leave and enter without the restrictions? Was he going to become a vigilante at some point?

I shrunk down to Antman size (stolen Pym Particles long story) and snuck into the production of the Black Panther cartoon to verify the hype Redjack was spitting!

Mosaic's in limbo. If the trades don't sell well enough, I doubt he'll be back. Which is a real shame because he's exactly what everybody's been crying about all these years.

It would be fabulous and the answer is always the same- prove to them there's an audience for it, where they can make money, and, yeah, they'd probably do it.

With the overwhelming success of the Black Panther live action movie, if Marvel haven't gotten a clue as to how financially viable this character is, they never will.

With T'Challa, it's a bit tricky, because many creations are credited to the Wakandan Design Group, like the quinjets and Falcon's wings, so it's unclear how much he did personally.
