Continuing with the McFarlane haul. Lady Spawn.
Then there's this guy. VHS 90s Cyclops. Def a contender for the top 10 list but...I'm not doing that over lol. Not a big fan of cell shading on figs but this guy still looks great.
Even put some photoshop on this bad boy. Why not.
What are some of the lines that everyone is collecting currently?
For me it's:
Star Wars, The Black Series. The majority Clones, Troopers, Jedi and Sith.
G I Joe Classified.
Neca Predator.
Occasional Marvel Legends.
Occasional McFarlane's' DC Multiverse.
For me my collecting has really been cut down over the last couple of years, especially with shelf space becoming a premium now (would love to get the MOTU Masterverse figures or Transformers Studio 86 figures for example) so I've mainly been focusing on:
- Occasional Marvel Legends (of certain comic characters)
- Occasional DC Multiverse (would buy more if they were in 6 inch scale)
- Occasional DC Batman '66 (except the variants)
- Mafex DC & occasional Marvel
- Occasional Mezco
- Occasional Figuarts (Dragonball Z)
- Occasional MOTU origins (cherry picking certain figures)
Yeah, I don't see myself trying to complete any wave or line(space and cost for me as well).
My Marvel Legends are usually Iron Man, Cap and Black Panther figures. I'm very sporadic when it comes to DC. I'm very choosy with the Neca Predators.
My most frequent buys are the Black Series Clones and Troopers.
I definitely know the feeling on the Figuarts Dragonball ones - there are so many that I would love to get but money & space issues meant I couldnt get many beyond a few of them - and once they go out of stock you have to hope for a reissue because the aftermarket prices are crazy!
Thankfully they are reissuing Future Trunks next year - hoping they reissue the Sayin saga Vegeta at some point!
