Did a speed read, but from what I could tell it was the worst issue of the story. Had a couple nice African backgrounds, but Tchalla would have to be of below average intelligence for this flashback to work. Not to mention the terrible placement for a flashback. It could have been put in as the sequel issue to when he got back to Earth. I can't believe an editor signed off on it.

The entire space arc from before he got back is equivalent to then first arc. Completely unnecessary.

Not surprised by anything from this run. An inexperienced comic book writer trying to do 2 comics at once. BP is getting the bad end of it and Coates tendency to drag a story on is starting to seep into his Captain America.

It's sad knowing we could have had a better BP comic instead of what we're getting.

Oh ffs, this again. All I can do now is hope Coogler does right by us and keeps both him and Fish boy far tf away from Wakanda.

First Kraven, then Namor, now Doom. I'm calling it the next one confirmed by inside sources will be Magneto and Storm will appear and Nakia will become Malice for some reason

Panther views the struggles of mutants and black people as the same when he had a conversation with she who must not be named. Fake woke nonsense at it's worst. From what I have heard.

y'all got to come with better sources.

Sony has Kraven btw, Coogler already had ideas on him for the first film. Like he could be used in theory but I feel like they will go in a different direction.

coates continues to knock this series out of the park. his ability to merry real life issues with the story within BP is spectacular. moreover, tchalla is a a mythical hero made flesh for this intergalactic empire. with no connection to his lineage tchalla is able to prove himself in battle bu defeating all his foes simultaneously and in doing so unknowingly put a huge target on his back. his ignorance and inability to perceive the threat around him led to his ultimate enslavement. though his desire to find more vibranium resulted in the rise of this tyrannical empire, t'challa concludes that he must correct what he indirectly created. coates in this issue of BP made him the greatest BP to ever exist. I'm not sure how anyone could have issue with how beautifully he brought to life this issue.
