    They were better off leaving the intro page out. Lol. The art difference is too obvious. Only a few narration boxes, but Shuri feels more mature.

    Marvel assigns gigs like that. I'm not on any of those lists. I just pitch what I pitch and hope for the best.

    But I thought she was ready and capable but she never got it because Wakandan sexism...

    Granted I haven't read a single issue of this book but still

    Ta-Nehesi Coates, apparently. Or at least stroke his ego. I can't see otherwise how Okorafor, Gay, Harvey, Browne, or Narcisse got gigs.

    Admittedly, two of those writers actually did good jobs…

    (I sometimes wonder if Marvel heard that they needed to hire more PoC writers, and thought that meant "Pals of Coates"…)

    Well, listen... all the writer has to work with is the movie. It's not like she was created in 2005 or anything like that…

    You can interpret not ready in a lot of ways.

    Maybe shes just not ready to accept it because accepting it mesns she doesn't think Tchalla is coming back.

    truth is, she doesn't want to be Queen or BP she would rather tinker on a lab because she is a scientist at heart.... Wait this seems oddly familiar... Like this had been done before... Must be in my head

    Well, listen... all the writer has to work with is the movie. It's not like she was created in 2005 or anything like that…
    This seems to be true, all the people that were brought by Coates are not qualified to write a comic yet were not Only given a mini, but were put in the hands of Coates as their consultant. A guy with limited comic experience..

    Redjack quick! Find a poem online and send it to Coates get the IN you need to adapt BP quest into a even more badass MK version

    I need to know if BP is going to stay on the Avengers animated show. Breakout season and all, he needs to be a mainstay.
