Prepare yourself (and the ND Legal staff) for something... Uncanny. May I be so bold as to present...

    UNCANNY G-MEN
    Plotter: H-E-D
    Written by KIERON GILLEN
    Art by VALERIO SCHITI
Premise: Professor G forms a team of Gen-Active metahumans to protect a world that dreads and despises them!
Alternate premise: A (legally) distinguished team book in the tradition of THE TERRIFICS.
    Main Characters: The G-Men
    1. Professor G / Answer Man (Hiram Gaunt)
    2. Basilisk (Irish Autumns)
    3. Levitation Lass (Penelope Pink)
    4. Winter Wonderlad (William “Billy” Gander)
    5. Full Copper Man (Ori Nolan) [OC]
    6. Pantha / X-24 (Rosabelle Mendez)
    7. Rainmaker (Sarah Rainmaker)
    Supporting characters:
    8. Lodestone (Rhea Jones)
    9. Runaway (Cynthia Reynolds)
    10. Pyra (Zirandian)
    11. Hans Leckter
    Antagonists:
    12. Damocles (“Simon Tsung”)
    13. The Sword (Ohmen)
    14. Kooey Kooey Kooey (Kuano)

    This All-Different, All-New book will debut in next month's GIANT-SIZE G-MEN #1! And look, here's the cover!

I approve. I wonder if I can buy a NM copy of Showcase #65 before it gets too pricey.
Include backup stories by Claremont & Jim Lee and I'll even pre-order!

Holy Crap! This is incredible, no UNCANNY, work. My admiration and envy abound.
I’ll don the mask and wear the cape
If I am super, how can I wait?

    Good idea!

But when I think of G-Men, this comes to mind:

That's a lot of tight ends.

Especially when you've got an eligible receiver eager to go first down.

You're very kind! Inspiration struck fast and hard. A month ago, I had fully no ideas. Then I discovered the characters in Showcase #65, and things spiraled from there. Then I read about the G(eno)-Men in Multiversity... finding the perfect character for Professor G in Hiram Gaunt was what really sealed the deal for me!

Oh, and for anyone who is curious, new character Ori Nolan, aka "the Full Copper Man", is intended as a modern-day ancestor to the Legion of Super-Heroes' Ferro Lads, Andrew and Douglas Nolan. Much like how the Terrifics introduced an ancestor of Phantom Girl for their line-up.

As for Claremont stories... tall order, but who knows, maybe there will be some "Classic G-Men" content in due time!

I only knew the G-Men from Multiversity and Flash Forward, looking forward to this book.

On a side note, is anyone using Lana Lang?
If not, I would like to purchase Lana Lang with 6 points!

Can do. I will make the deduction on the next tally. Which book do you want her for?
