When did Jean disconnect with Scott? That only ever happened in Morrison's run and he's the one that disconnected with her. They had a psychic rapport and were very much in a happy healthy relationship for years throughout the 90s when Logan was a nonfactor to them. There was no emotional cheating in the 80s bc they werent even on the same team. Sorry but nothing about what you just wrote applies to Jean and Logan in the 90s or even in Morrison's run. The person that Jean spent the most time with in that run was Profesor X and that was bc she left the mansion (leaving Scott and Logan behind) to do the world X-Corps tour

I'm a Jean/Scott fan but I'm pointing the harsh true, if people like to blame everything on Scott, it is important to know that in reality he wasn't that bad and neither was Jean a pure victim of the evil Cyclops. Cyclops loves Jean but nobody seems to count that. Only one story that deliberately was trying to paint him and his relationship with Jean badly. So I can count all the other stories that painted Jean or her relationship bad too. I'm trying to balance things a little.

Both Scott and Jean had a relatively healthy relationship for years. Things did not go bad until the Morrison run. Both messed up in their own way but not on the same level. Things were not balanced and making stuff up doesnt make it so
