    I'm 28.

I remember seeing X-men TAS as a kid but X-men Evolution became my jam more than TAS. It's the same with Batman TAS, I remember watching it but the Batman(2002) was more my jam.

I'm 25. I became a fan because I loved the TAS reruns as a kid.
My first contact with the comics was when I was 8. It was actually in an issue of Ultimate Spider-Man where the X-men guest starred (#44).
My first actual X-book was in the mid of Morrison's New X-men (#134, I think). I immediately had to get every back issue I could get my hands on. Claremont's X-treme X-men was also a favorite back then.

20 but I started reading when I was 10 or 11. And I luckily spent most of my time as a reader in a time where reading older comics has never been easier.

I first got into the X-Men before I started reading from watching the Wolverine and the X-Men cartoon and the live-action X-Men movies.

I’m 49, and not shy about saying that.

I started reading X-men comics in early 1989 at the age of 18. About 10 years before that my older brother let me read his Sgt. Rock, Turok and Ghost Rider comics. So I’ve been hooked on the books for a loooooooong time.

48! Bought the Dark Phoenix saga issue by issue off the newsstand and it made me a huge X-Men and Jean Grey fan.

26 here. Started following the X-Men with TAS, Evolution and video games! X-Men Legends II was the thing that made me buy my first X-comics (Claremont's run, Morrison's run and Whedon's run were the three first things I read).

I'm 35 and I started loving the X-Men with the cartoon and comics at the same time, when I was about ten in São Paulo, Brazil.

A little after that I also got obsessed with the Capcom arcade game: X-Men children of the Atom. That solidified Psylocke and Storm as my favourites.

I started at 14, if I recall correctly, with the former New Mutants (some of the first 20 issues).

    Now I'm...much older, LOL.

I’m 47(I’ll be 48, a month from today) and I discovered the X-men at age 9. My 1st issue was #141 “ Days of Future’s Past pt1” in 1980. I collected religiously all the way through Claremont’s original run, took a break in the 90s then returned for Claremont 2.0 and stayed on for Morrison and everything that followed. Fortunately, Marvel Unlimited has allowed me to catch up on all the stories.
