I'm excited to show you guys what I got planned for Deadpool.
I've basically got the whole thing planned out and yes, there may be an LMD or two (*hint* *hint*).
It's basically all chapter one for a multi year arc I have planned, one that may see a pay off in a few years (still, it stands alone pretty nicely).
And while I'm not ready to reveal anything, an upcoming arc will lead into a mini next year.

One more thing of note: These LMDs are not mechanical in any way. They're all organic/biological.

Heheh, I I don’t go with the LMD plot I have in mind, I’ll tell you what that plan was once my Deadpool time is up (I only plan for it to be between 13-17 issues btw, so you guys have got at least a year, mwhahaha)

Can I ask, can Amazing Fantasy Fantasy be out of continuity? I have an idea for a one-off and I don't really want to throw it in canon or anything.

The current situation is that Amazing Fantasy is for Marvel's licensed properties which generally are out of continuity. It sounds like you want to do an out of continuity story with your characters and you can certainly do that in your own book, as it is YOUR book. I know there's a point payment for minis but I think one-shots are free if you decide to do that. Exciter will always correct me if I am mistaken.

As for Amazing Fantasy, I can do a story for next month's November solicits. What it is, I have no idea, but the minis and crossovers are over and I can do something ... amazing (see what I did there).

If you have an IP story, pretty much that is out of their continuity. Also if you want this next issue of AF to tell that story, it's all yours.
