It's great that you guys collect artwork. I haven't started doing that.

I have to admit I had to stop. the prices are really high. For example, I would love a page from Infamous Iron Man but IIRC that's a 5 figure purchase. The page from Young Avengers: Children's Crusade was less that $400 IIRC. I doubt I'll be buying any more art unless I get lucky with a price on something.

Yikes! Those are some huge numbers.

Of course it depends on the artist too. I did find out that a lot of times the penciller usually gets first choice of the art he wants to sell at the convention. Then the inker. At that time Chueng and Morales would be there at the same time since they did some titles together. Chueng recently started his own website to sell his work

Great thread! Makes me wish I had my stuff unpacked.
Namor the Sub-Mariner, Marvel's oldest character, will have been published for 85 years in 2024. So where's my GOOD Namor anniversary ongoing, Marvel?

I love this figure of the Surfer. It's very articulated.

Here's a few fun pieces I have from the SuperHero Squad cartoon show. I don't have all the Fantastic Four anymore. I keep these in a plastic container and would bring them out from my triplet nieces and nephew to play with when they came over to visit. They loved that show. They wanted to take home the Thing and the Invisible Woman so I gave them those. Now they are going to 8th grade. Time sure flies

The set on the left was a SDCC exclusive that came out when the cartoon made its debut. . Many times I would see it on the secondary market for $75 and up. But I waited it out and ended snagging one for about $20 IIRC . I love this set because it has Doom in his dragon slippers and robe plus he even has a bit of stubble on the mask. How that happens, I don't know! The other figure is the only Stan Lee I have. His character in the cartoon was the Mayor. The other box on the left is a MiniMates set I got at Toys R US

I like the finish on that one. That's how I picture he should look. Some figures I've seen are have a dull look that is more like brushed nickel.

    What company made this one?

I love that Surfer! The smoothness, shinyness and musculature all look great. Even the board with the lines and thickness are all perfect. Thanks for sharing.

Somebody got this for me from a flea market a long time ago. I don't know the company and I've been searching for another one ever since.

This the best Surfer I've seen.

I have quite a few Marvel Legends figures.

I assume the Torch has an interchangeable head?
