So I went to Barnes and Noble and saw the new edition of the Marvel encyclopedia on the shelf. I grabbed it raced home to read about black panthers updated page because he's on the cover and I see that his superpowers say... Olympic-level athlete combat specialist weapons training...thats it

Im like...ok.. then I go to read about Doom, Reed, Ant-Man and others. Under their superpowers it says super-genius level intellect.

I'm like okay....

Then I go to read about Shuri....and her powers state Advanced genius level intellect.

And ppl wonder why i hate on MCU Tchalla's depiction.
if it's not corrected now then it's going to be the standard in the future for all versions of him.
He will be nothing more than a more athletic Noble Wolverine
I mean, these encyclopedias dobt do much research. I saw one at Target talking about the women of Marvel and it had a bit about the Dora milaje and pretty much all the information was based on Coates nonsensical garbage. So for them to bot research about T'Challa isn't surprising.

And MCU T'Challa is genius level intellect. He did create the CW habit.

Really all we need in the sequel is a scene where tchalla asks Shuri to make some adjustments to the habit and provide her with his schematics, to which she replies that they are extensive updates and why does he need them when the habit works perfectly, to which he gives her the same line she said to him in the first movie about improvement. This would obviously be light hearted scene and calls back to the first ad an ongoing joke between thr two.

Simple fix, establishes T'Challas super genius and Shuri still has her niche because obviously he doesn't have the time to do it himself as he is King
