This one with the golden shoulder-pads is my favorite, i need it in the sequel.

I think if you just switched the colors of the inversed one to the regular ones it would be perfect. One thing that the other two lack is the lines on the chest extending to the shoulders like in the comics.

I'm kind of curious if the sequel will show the interim between Carol in her solo to Endgame and how she ended up with that look.
