Of course it is. Anything Trumps does is okay. When I asked her this question you posted she said that he needed trips like that to relax and recenter himself because everyone is so mean to him and lied about him so often he was on the edge of a nervous break down. Taxpayers footing the bill is a small price to pay for everything we did to him.
