Should Black Lightning's lightning be black?

Kind of like Superman's solar flare? That could be an interesting tool in Jeff's arsenal that also gives him a bit of a visual signature to his finishing moves, and I like that if it fails he now has to adapt.

Now, I guess they'd need a source for the "black" lightning. Where does Jeff draw this power from. Maybe if he stores a huge amount energy, he can create black lightning.

Jeff should also be able to absorb all kinds of energy signatures and he should be able to create emps.
