I think that's Blade, the Vampire Hunter.
The spider is always on the hunt.

well this particular story element is first referenced in ppowers of x 4, then continued in issue 2 of x-men, then from then it was a recuring arc with Apocalypse on both x-men and excalibur, culminating on the recently finished X of swords event

So the question is who has more reality warpers, and how powerful are they.

I mean in an apocalyptic "the mutants are about to kill billions" scenario, what would exactly stop another No More Mutants?

As untouchable as the Krakoans seem to think they are, at the end of the day they are just cult aboard a small island nation that itself can decide to boot them at any given moment. More over they have alienated pretty much all of their allies and supporters, if it comes to blows they'd lose merely to sheer force of numbers as the combined weight of the world descends upon them. Doesn't matter how many Omega level's they have, there are more than enough powered individuals to counter them outside of Krakoa not including literal gods, the Sorcerer Supreme, however many Hulks are currently running around, the entirety of Wakanda, the mind of Reed Richards, and Doctor *ucking Doom.

And that's not even counting the people or organizations from their own rogues gallery.

At some point we're going to have X-Men vs Krakoa or Schism II.

    X-Men win.

Maybe a rebel group helps the others thus putting the super powers (nations not powered beings) at a better ease the this nation will choose Earth over Mutant, and for comic readers just get everything done with in one big event. Still hoping Marvel allows Inhumans to get something around that time.
