    Storm and Bishop lead:

Sunspot, M, Synch: love triangle, young black excellence, who focus on financial development, ambassadors to a brighter tomorrow.

Threnody, Dr. Reyes, Triage: forensics(death sense refined), health and wellness, utilizing Krakoan flowers and their own abilities to address medical inequities.

Tempo, Manifold: time and space logistical support.

Prodigy, Bedlam: science and technology logistical support.

    Frenzy, Gentle: demolitions logistical support.

Using her role on the Quiet Council in conjunction with Bishop's position as Captain(better to make allies abroad), Storm motions for the creation of a new mutant-human outreach program focused on improving the position of the Black diaspora around the globe, in terms of health and wellness, finances and technology, and safety and security, under the auspices of a revived Mutantes Sans Frontières staffed by volunteers.

After their first few successful operations, Storm gets a call from some of her old contacts at the UN Security Council suggesting she cease and desist; she's rocking the boat too much. This will lead the team into global conflicts with an underground consortium of humans(and more) that want to keep race relations just where they are. When things begin to heat up, even close allies like Charles, Magnus, and T'Challa try to dissuade her. She and the team have other plans!

    Additional guests:

    George Washington Bridge
    Nick Fury Jr.
    Forge
    Flourish
    Sage
    Blue Marvel and Spectrum
    Blade
    Luke Cage and Misty Knight
    Oya, M-twins, Lightbright

Wait, do we have any feral black character?

I can't think of any off the top of my head.

Have we seen the Callasantos girls in human form? They could be Afro-Latina.

    Yes we have.

    They’re Latina but not African.

I think their Puerto Rican, so she could be Afro-Latina.

    This is them ...:

I’ll stand by my team, but it’s not a big deal if no one else does. Just wanted to contribute a line up I enjoyed putting together.

Thornn and Feral are Latinas from NYC. They could definitely have Black heritage if a writer ever wanted to delve into them more. Plenty of people with Afro-Latino backgrounds have the skin tone they were shown with in their one human appearance. And we all know Marvel doesn’t have the greatest track record with that anyway (Sunspot, Monet, Storm etc). 😅
