How Y'all rank the BP solo writers in a tier list?(whatever criteria you see fit) Would your order change when you factor in other writers such as Hickman, Ewing, etc

Not mentioning anyone else as far as writers who did a solo BP book.

Yeah I don't mean it would become his go to tech, or anything, but of he was going against some heavy hitters or something would it be cool to have him use it?

Well in his earlier days he was flipping Rhinos around, and those can weigh a little bit over a ton so he sould be able to do better than that now with all the powerset upgrades.

Id max him at 10-15 with the power ups

So cap him at about 15 tons? I'm just curious because we've seen him do a lot of things but nothing strength wise in quite along time.

KotD is dead in the water. He couldn't even summon panther ghosts without Eden.

I’m a little disgusted that Shuri does it better. But King of the Dead should stay. It supposedly or metaphorically makes him stronger and I think faster. I don’t want him to lose it simply because it would be a, step back.

Seriously that stunt from Coates was such bullisht. Just another thing on a long list of Coates stupidity and weakening of T'Challa.

However I do agree at this point KoTD is done for and dead, and we should focus on the tools he DOES have.

Speaking of, who would be for T'Challa getting that panther shield from Redjacks BPQ? That paired with the soul spear would be pretty bad@ss

I don't think it'd have to be a panther Shield necessarily but he has been shown to use shielding in the past. Hickman used hard light shielding when TChalla encountered Black Swan. That should be standard when panther feels the suit may not be enough

I think TChallas max would be about 8 tons currently. But brute strength doesn’t matter because he can augment it with his suit. He’s done this on panel.

Wasn't the KotD powers introduced specifically for the TRO/Secret War storyline? Bast asked T'Challa to choose what he wanted to be, King of Wakanda or her special agent for the upcoming unspecified event? Once that was over and T'Challa became king again, those powers would no longer be needed.

If anything, I'd rather Shadow Physics come back and become more refined than the KotD powers.

That's weird. But yeah I thought it was a pretty good take on what a democracy means for Wakanda.

For everyone else, basically the article was saying that a democracy could make Wakanda weaker when it comes to dealing with internal and external threats. T'Challa and Shuri when she was P made quick decisions and took decisive actions based on the threats facing Wakanda.

That would change under a democracy because everything would have to be voted on, committees would have to be formed, basically making things harder to get done because of bureaucracy.
