To me, that shows where Ridley's priorities are. His pet character gets better showings than the guy whose name is on the bloody cover.

Again, I will be fine with what he set up for Tosin AS LONG AS he doesn't pull a Coates. Or, creates poorly thought out pet characters, have them talk mad isht to T'Challa and do all types of shady isht, then get let off the hook of all responsibility whole still talking isht.

Tosin should see that he and his people are WRONG. They aren't any better than the Golden city. They prosper because of the golden city, not despite it. And all his talk about T'Challa and Erik being villains and he can do a better job? Reality and the weight of being a protector isnt so black and white and sees what T'Challa is doing is the right thing and works with him to actually grow and be seen as a nice addition to the mythos and not another eye roll to be forgotten once Ridley is off the book

At this point, if not RedJack, I'd like to see Jed Mackay take a shot. He could do a REALLY badass take on the whole Panther God thing. Imagine if Bast was done something like this:
