Cable, of all people, revealed he'd passed the New York bar exam back in the original X-Force.

    Ben Donovan
    Blake Tower

(For some reason Daredevil is an excellent source for supporting character lawyers. Can’t imagine why. Both of those appear elsewhere as well.)

I think he absorbed a Dupe that did at the very least.

Ben Donovan is arguably a super powered character (although I don't know if he technically has abilities). Originally a Luke Cage character.

Another character to add would be Becky Blake who graduated law school during Brubaker's Daredevil run.
    Matt Murdock's cooler twin brother

As I recall, he was dating Mallory Book when Slott's run finished. Guess that didn't last.

Hmmm Blake is a very old character. but who first debuted as Matt's secretary. Then she later got a certification as a lawyer.

Now I ponder the value of making a separate sub-category for Daredevil characters.

He had to go back to his own time eventually.

No he didn't. The TVA banned him from doing so when She-Hulk freed him, because he'd try to change things in the past. He was still in the present day at the end of Peter David's She-Hulk run.

He died of old age in 1938 and gave his 6 shooters to the Golden age Angel after telling him about the upcoming Age of Marvels.

Yeah, but he wasn't sent back in time until late in life. I'd guess he's still in the modern day.

Hmmm looking it up on the wiki... probably not? It was a fictional alter ego Matt used to try separating himself into Lawer and Fighter. With Matt as Lawyer, and Mike as Fighter.... Even though it was really one guy... then comic books happened and Mike became real. Seemingly Mike is still the fighter though?
