    Default Create an alternate universe

Create your own Marvel Universe here! Be as detailed or as brief as you'd like!

I'll start: Victor Von Doom's parents move to the US before he was born and raise him with the kind of patriotism only immigrants can produce.

"Hydra, you unpatriotic dolts! Your fascist technology is no match for the star-spangled science of DOCTOR AMERICA!

    Invaders World
    Earth - 3945
Not a Dystopian or a dark twisted version of these heroes, just my take on what would happen if the Invaders took over the world after WW2. They will have their flaws but none of them will be "evil". Their threats will be mostly external e.g. the Skrulls, Kree etc etc.

The War is ending and The Invaders (Cap,Bucky,Namor,Jim Hammond,Toro,Spitfire,Union Jack, etc) are devastated by the death, destruction all across the world in WW2. The breaking point is the use of Atomic Bombs in a civilian city, which turns the Invaders to rally against their respective governments.

The heroes return to their nations and are appointed as leaders, backed up by the support of the people, who they promise to prevent war ever happening again.
What we used to call life has very little worth these days. Welcome to the very edge.

Fantastic Four: Mirror Images Not Our Own
    Earth-2525

Peter Parker, Mary Jane Watson, Harry Osborn and Gwen Stacy are kidnapped by deranged half-man/half-android scientist Phillip Prometheus and exposed to elements acquired from The Microverse. As a result, Peter Parker is transformed into Captain Universe, Mary Jane becomes the spider-powered heroine Spinneret, Harry Osborn is covered by a living suit of armor and calls himself American Son (eventually, at his father Norman's behest) and Gwen Stacy, now known as Nightbird, is given enhanced attributes such as speed and strength as well as foresight into her opponents attacks. Together, they form The Fantastic Four and defeat their insane captor, becoming a world-wide sensation overnight. The day after the Daily Bugle officially names the four college students the Fantastic Four, a rogue scientist named Reed Richards and his friends Johnny, Susan and Ben are officially pronounced dead months after the space shuttle they stole was destroyed by cosmic radiation in orbit. Miles Warren, Gwen Stacy's science professor, also goes missing after video of his well-documented unwanted advances on Ms. Stacy are made public via social media through an anonymous account attached to ESU's private servers.

    M-Day World
    Earth 1975

I this reality Apocolypse first appears just after the New X-Men show up. His plan was to use Xavier to wipe out humanity with Cerebro. The battle was brutal and many of the X-Men are killed. Xavier wired into Cerebro realizes he can't stop this and has to make a choice to either wipe out mutants or humans. He knows he can't sacrifice billions to save a million and sends out the pulse killing every single mutant on the planet including Apocolypse and himself in the process. The pulse is strong enough to kill even children who have not yet had their x-gene activated but have the strong potential too. The only survivor is Hank Mccoy due to how much he has messed with his own genetics at that point, but it leaves him in his Human form barely able to walk. After 15 or 20 years new children have been born who have the x-gene and are starting to manifest. Hank McCoy starts to gather them to create a new X-men.

Pretty sure Alpha Flight wasn’t in the original Secret Wars, so am thinking a world where no one ever came back and Alpha Flight became Earth’s Mightiest Heroes by default…:

I wrote a short story stub like this but for the new warriors instead. I barely considered alpha flight would step up to the plate as well. Thats crazy good.
My priority is enjoying and supporting stories of timeless heroism and conflict.
    Everything else is irrelevant.

With Stephen taken out & Clea banished to yet another dimension,
the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme falls to one of the last remaining humans on Earth...

    The Punisher

As we follow the further adventures of Frank Castle: Sorcerer Supreme,
reactions from other magic-users at large & the gathering of sorcerers might be of interest
(especially when Doom hears of this & becomes involved):

Theres a bunch of cool ideas in a similar thread
    https://community.cbr.com/showthread...te-Universe(s)

One idea I was thinking of "What if the FF found Captain America" instead of the Avengers finding him:

Steve becomes Captain Fantastic and leader of the FF while Reed helps in the background

Mine would be to bring back Marvel Mangaverse, but with actual Japanese mangaka and other creative talents to spearhead that initiative this time rather than just aping stereotypes of popular manga/anime and Japanese culture overall, as well as acknowledging that popular anime/manga in the 2020s are somewhat different from what was popular back in the 2000s. That said . . .

We start with Spider-Man: Shinobi of the Spider-Clan. The basic premise is that Peter Parker, who just turned seventeen years old, is about to be inducted into a worldwide web of warriors who have protected humanity for the last nearly thousand years from within the shadows and against the evil forces that dwell within those shadows. However, Peter would much rather be a scientist and join the Worldwide Engineering Brigade Corps (W.E.B. Corps for short) led by Ezekiel Sims, and the conflict with his uncle and sensei Ben Parker starts when he, sick and tired of being bullied by Eugene "Flash" Thompson, beats Flash in a fight, much to Ben's disapproval at Peter using his Spider-Clan fighting skills on a civilian. In an outburst of teenaged rebellion, Peter storms off from home to meet up with Mary Jane Watson at a party she invited him to, only to be accosted by a cell of Goblin gangs marauding on motorcycles. While he manages to escape and return home, he finds, much to his horror, that his home has been attacked, Uncle Ben has been killed by the attackers, and worse, his Aunt Mei has been taken by those same attackers.

After being told to "seek Ezekiel" with Ben's dying breath, Peter indeed does that, only to find that Ezekiel knows a lot about the ones who attacked his home, because Ezekiel is an exile of the Spider-Clan, though he is willing to help Peter save Mei, as she was one of the few who supported him before and after his exile. Transformed through biogenetic augmentations complemented with a suite of technological advancements called "Webware," Peter becomes a kind of "cyber-shinobi," embodying Ezekiel's vision of the future of the Spider-Clan, though in his zeal to avenge his Uncle Ben and save his Aunt Mei from the Shadow Clan and its chief enforcer, a mysterious black-suited, Oni-masked shinobi codenamed Venom, Peter may find himself biting off more than he can chew --- and learning some particularly dark truths about himself, his family, and his origins.

Next, we have Avengers Academia, which revolves around the Avengers Campus set up by the Avengers to teach and train the next generation of Earth's Mightiest Heroes --- the Future Avengers, as it were --- following their (seemingly) final battle with Kang the Conqueror in which Steve Rogers/Captain America and Tony Stark/Iron Man were lost. Following in Steve's and Tony's footsteps are none other than US Air Force pilot-turned-supercharged super-soldier Carol Danvers and Tony's sister Natasha Antoinette "Toni" Stark, the latter calling herself the Iron Maiden. Rejoining the Avengers are the team's surviving founders, consisting of Thor, the Norse thunder god banished to Earth by his father Odin to teach him humility, his godly powers and form sealed inside his hammer Mjolnir and disguised as the walking stick used by a humble young medical student named Donald Blake, at least until Blake strikes that stick on the ground forcefully enough to unleash his true self once more; the Hulk, an indestructible titan born from a gamma radiation explosion and the rage of Dr. Robert Bruce Banner that he has since learned to channel against those who would do the innocent harm; Ant-Man, a young entomologist named Hank Pym who developed technological frequencies to communicate with insects, channeled through his guitar, as well as discovered size-changing particles enabling him to meet those insects on their level; and the Wasp, a wealthy young fashion designer named Janet Van Dyne, who also invented an exoskeleton called the Winged Amplifier Surge Propulsion Unit, which enabled her to fly on wings formed out of plasma-charged nanoparticles, and fire plasma-charged "stingers" at her opponents.

Newer members include master archer and sharpshooter (also an expert with any projectile weapon) Clint "Hawkeye" Barton, the deadly superspy-turned-defector from the Russian intelligence organization Leviathan's Red Room assassination program known as the Black Widow (Natalia Romanova/"Natasha Romanoff"), reformed mutant terrorists and twin siblings Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, a.k.a. Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch, one a silver-haired super-speedster, the other possessing the power to "hack" into and "reprogram" reality through quasi-mystical "probability codes," a pararescue trooper named Sam Wilson, also known as the Falcon, after the designation of his high-tech wingsuit, and Monica "Photon" Rambeau, a scientist supercharged by the electromagnetic spectrum after her experiment was sabotaged by HYDRA infiltrators within S.H.I.E.L.D.

Then there's the Future Foundation, a scientific think tank helmed by Reed Richards, a young "super-genius" and the de facto leader of The Fantastic Four, along with Susan "Sue" Storm, an equally prodigious mind, albeit more specifically oriented in the biomedical sciences, Sue's kid sister Johanna "Johnny" Storm, a genius mechanical engineer specializing in vehicles, and Reed's best friend Benjamin "Ben" Grimm, a talented fighter pilot and aspiring astronaut. The Fantastic Four were changed forever after an unauthorized test flight of an experimental vessel designed for interdimensional travel suffused them in extradimensional energies that catalyzed mutagenic changes inside each of them, Reed becoming inhumanly elastic and stretchable, Sue generating a light-bending field around herself and whatever she touched that rendered her invisible to the naked eye, Johnny emitting a strange ether that could combust into flame upon contact with oxygen without hurting her, and Ben transformed into a humanoid "thing" made of rocks. Forever altered by this turn of events, the Fantastic Four has since endeavored to use their powers responsibly and wisely, not only to protect, but also to improve the world, as much through the Future Foundation and its scientific outreach as by "clobbering" --- in Ben's words --- anyone who would dare threaten the world, especially Reed Richards's university rival-turned-supervillain and would-be world conqueror Victor Von Doom.

Finally, there's the Charles Xavier Institute for Gifted Learners, a refuge for those gifted --- or perhaps cursed --- with a mutagenic "X-factor" in their DNA that manifests as superhuman abilities and attributes, varying in type and strength depending on how the X-factor interacts with each person's unique genetic code. These individuals, called mutants, are all too often outcasts in a world that fears and mistrusts them on a visceral level, with some even escalating to the point of attempting to wipe them out for the sake of "protecting humanity," which has unfortunately driven a number of those same individuals to return that fear and mistrust in kind. Nonetheless, the goal of the Institute for Gifted Learners is to teach those mutants to use their "gifts," such as they are, for the betterment of themselves, each other, and the world at large, in spite of the world's fear of them and their growing numbers, with a quite formidable roster of teachers.

This roster mainly consists of Scott "Cyclops" Summers (named for the singular visor over his eyes that contains his omnidestructive optic blasts), Jean "Marvel Woman" Grey (a telekinetic and telepath of the highest order), Ororo "Storm" Munroe (named for her control over the weather), Dani Moonstar (a psychic illusionist of the highest order), Piotr "Colossus" Rasputin (named for the organic steel he can transform his body into, also endowing him with immense superhuman strength and durability), Betsy "Psylocke" Braddock (a skilled telepath and an experienced fighter), Anna-Marie, a.k.a. Rogue (whose mere touch enables her to absorb the lifeforce of others, with their memories and skills), and the mysterious and surly Logan, a.k.a. Wolverine (possessed of a nigh-indestructible skeleton coated in adamantium and an accelerated healing factor, as well as retractable, razor-sharp claws and equally sharp senses).

A sequel of sorts where Wildstorm was bought by Marvel because the thirteenth issue of all the Heroes Return is the perfect example on how Wildstorm should be integrated into Marvel because DC doesn't have a clue. I would have bought Wetworks with Hawkeye and possibly Blade plus Avengers with Fairchild and Majestic for example better yet picture the roster of Stormwatch with heroes from Alpha Flight, Excalibur and the Marvel UK. Imagine Planetary going head to head with the Fantastic Four (friendly rivalry) Reed Richards & Tom Strong working together or competing against each other would be incredible.

Weakling Steve Rogers is exposed to an experimental gamma weapon becoming the American Hulk. After the war the US goverment fearing him to be uncontrolable put him in suspended animation. During the war he had to figth against the Thorskull, a nazi agent who found the way to usurp the power of the thunder god Thor.

He is awakened when an alien giant called Galactus threatens to eat the planet. He joins forces with the Uncanny four (mutant heroes as Mr. X, Magneto, Mystique and Logan ), Reed Richards, Sorcerer Supreme,
    and Hell's Kitchen Iron Man.

Ohh... I had an idea with a similar crux, but different outcome. Alternate outcome of Shadow King taking over Xavier's mind.

Shadow King plays it easy at first since he doesn't want the Xmen to immediately attack him. Starting with Jean, Shadow King begins corrupting the Xmen's minds. Magneto and Exodus realize this, but not until half the Xmen are corrupted, and Shadow King has started expanding his influence to non-Mutant heroes. Sooner, rather than later, the Acolytes find themselves under attack by those controlled by the Shadow King. Which includes not just heroes, but also several groups who were traditionally the X-Men's enemies, most notable are Sentinels. Shadow King is able to take control of the Humans making the Sentinels, and thus has the opportunity to rewrite their programming to make them serve him. Well, except for Bastion anyways. Bastion and his Omega Sentinels prove to be beyond the Shadow King's control.

So this is the state of the world, the Acolytes lead by Magneto and Exodus are the world's greatest heroes with Bastion and his Omega Sentinels as reluctant allies.
