Briefly when the New Warriors fought The Sphinx.

As far as his name is concerned, I think he should pick up a new name other than "Justice". Maybe be the 616 Vance Astro or get a new name altogether.

David Bank is one current (and possibly mutant) Marvel Boy.

I thought Noh-Varr adopted another identity, but I think you're right.

It occurs to me that Vance should be part of the brain trust against Orchis. He led a resistance against Norman that would have ended Osborn if Vance wasn't a second string character

Of the pair firestar is easily more x-adjacent so having Vance thrown into mutant crises is super interesting to me.

I love Vance. I actually like the fact that he’s not locked into the X-world…it makes it feel like mutants are more widely spread through the MU. I miss the days of him and Firestar on the Avengers.

I like the idea of him being in the X-books. It works for Firestar. It works for Nekra. It works for Rogue. It works for Judas Traveller.

Why not have him on an X-Team? No one else is using him. Now if they were relaunching New Warriors then for sure put him there, but I don’t see why he or other non-x mutants (Skein, Lightbright, Poltergeist, Link, El Aguila) shouldn’t be part of the X-Books.

1st. Because there need to be mutants outside the x-books to show that the mutant experience is not one size fits all.
2nd. Vance does not narrowly define himself simply by his mutant identity.
3rd. He never dreamed of being an X-Man. He dreamed of being an Avenger...and it happened. That is where he belongs.
