After re-watching 97, I am actually really stoked for Storm's stand-alone show, like only 2 episode and They managed to give Storm and Scott screentime and individual moments that supersede every live-action they've been in. 6 movies, that can't hold a candle to two episodes, i just know Clarmount happy

Silver is definitely one of the colors that I thought they'd go with in the live action simply because of the way light plays off of it. It's also one of those colors that tends to make other colors pop. It's perfect for Ororo on those days when either white or black just won't do.

Actually, many of us knew who Jackman was before Wolverine. Some of us worried that taking the role was a misstep. But to your larger point, I agree: a lesser known actress for Ororo can't hurt. Leave no stone unturned. She's out there.

Some days I say KiKi Layne, then I think DeWanda Wise, other times Anna Diop… Feige better choose correctly.

She's probably too young to portray Ororo right now, but what about relative unknown Lola Chuil?

True but that Orchestra whenever she was present or using her powers was really cool, and I loved her deep voice, it was a remanence of the Tas voice but a modern touch

To each their own, but I never like X-Men Evolution. Too kiddie. Too Canadian. I will give that show props for the way they positioned Apocalypse as this huge threat in the last few episodes, but when he finally came, he was very underwhelming. TAS Apocalypse was epic, every time, and even though they'd beat him back, he'd always come back for more, always had a contingency. As for Storm, I remember that one episode where they had her not be able to stop a wild waterspout, and that just speaks to the extent I didn't like that version. And don't get me started on Spike. I'd rather just pretend it doesn't exist. Thank the goddess TAS got its comeback, with powerhouse Storm large and in charge, not that show.

It was an okay show, and I loved Storm’s voice actress but it was too Wolverine-centered (duh) and not enough Storm in it.
