Raimiverse Iron Man from Spider-Man 3 video game

This design was reportedly found in the files of Spider-Man 3 video game. It is presumed that this was to be Iron Man's cancelled appearance in the game.

This game came out before the Iron Man 2008 movie, but it is interesting that in some ways the design does resemble the MCU design (probably coincidentally), while managing to be very unique at the same time. Assuming the designer of this concept design did not see concept art for the 2008 Iron Man, they would have had no point of reference for a realistic looking Iron Man when designing this.

I don't think this design would have been well received if this is how the MCU Iron Man looked, due to how much it departs from the classic comic design, but it would still make for a cool looking AU Iron Man.

Apparently, this was found in a very early beta of Spider-Man Web of Shadows cobbled from the Spider-Man 3 game. So, it is possible it was a concept art for WoS. It could also have been made for some other game project entirely, which would mean it was used in the WoS beta for placeholder purposes. I would like to know what its exact origin is.
