"Good-bye. Good luck. Good riddance."
Daredevil.
He views Spider-Man as naive, and may be concerned about brute strength.
Sincerely,

It's been Daredevil since the 80s.
It's more personal with Daredevil but he still hates Spidey quite a bit.
Deep down inside:
Himself.
Reminds me somewhat of the original Gang War arc by Christopher Priest and/or Tom DeFalco, when you sum it up like that, as there was a scene near or at the end with Kingpin taunting Spider-Man for his naivete and Spider-Man angrily warning Kingpin that one day, he'd push him too far.
The spider is always on the hunt.
It's not a competition, he hates them both equally. It's just that in this case, Daredevil is the Peyton Manning who gets most of his attention and focus because he runs into him more and because he knows his secret identity. Spider-Man is the Eli Manning who is still his adversary but does not fight him as much as he has his own rogue's gallery while for Daredevil the Kingpin IS his rogue's gallery.
I like to think of it as Spider-Man is business, Daredevil is personal.
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"
"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"
"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."
Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!
Daredevil.
It's interesting
Kingpin learns DD is Matt Murdock and ruins him personally and financially and then tries to kill him. What does Matt do? He gets even by making Kingpin look bad in the public eye causing him to lose face.
Kingpin learns Spidey is Peter Parker and tries to have him killed and nearly kills Aunt May. What does Peter do? He severely beats the crap out of the Kingpin in front of a bunch of criminals causing him to lose face almost literally.
I would leave Peter alone.
