    Eh. Austen did it once. That's not a trend. Blame Aaron for that.

    Austen. It wasn't just the weird/creepy fling with Angel, that was where her common sense, drive, and intelligence all got stripped away. I don't think the character ever really recovered from that portrayal.

    She could have, were it not for Aaron. Even under Austen, she was handled much more maturely than Aaron's crap.

    Both were terrible, but I feel Aaron at least had the decency to hit the reset button as he left. She was cuh-raaaaaaaazy Paige for his entire run, so the whole thing can be pretty much disregarded going forward. There's no such out with Austen.

    Hard to believe that it's been a long time since the X-Universe has last seen Paige "Husk" Gunthrie (Sister of NEW MUTANTS/AVENGERS/USAVENGERS Cannonball); but it appears that the Fans' patience will be rewarded in November; thanks to the Solicts for GENERATION X #9.

    Husk is so underused. What Jason Aaron did was a travisity to the character. She's been lost ever since her gen x days. She has so much potential with an unusual power set. I'm trying so hard not to get my hopes up

    Husk's Return within GENERATION X #9.
    Looks Paige is returning earlier than expected; thanks to these Preview Pages for {Next Week's} GENERATION X #8.
