I'm pretty sure it was Olivier Coipel who did the initial designs. I found an MTV News article where they interview the AvX artists, and it talks about how when Coipel first drew Phoenix Namor, he didn't have pants, just these weird chaps. None of the other creators or editors really liked it, and he ended up changing it to leggings.

I think Marvel MUST deduct 23 from Uncanny X-Men numbering.(Reprint years issues ).
Or Marvel can create "REAL" issues, Uncanny X-Men #67-93, like flashback. Many people will see their favorite heroes without resurrection and time-travel.
