Mary Jane in MC2 made a great mother.
Susan Richards currently for not only her biological kids but the other young members of the Future Foundation.

I also think Susan Storm Richards is the Marvel Mother I like the most. She's recently been drafted into being the mother figure to all the Future Foundation children.

Even though she was only hinted at for many years, not many Marvel mothers have had as profound effect on their offspring as Cynthia von Doom has had on her only child, Victor. Many years would pass before Doom would succeed in his quest to redeem her soul.

Eleaine Walters, whose tragic death pushed Jennifer Walters into Law. Still watching over her and is very proud at what her daughter has achieved.
