Cool interview.
Is their any other comic writer on his level that came of age in the late 70s/early 80s and beyond? Seems to me most writers can make a few new characters that stick around, but he made a whole bunch that is still around to this day.

It's kind of amazing just how much he did, and how much of what we think of as being "X-Men" was his doing. And how he tried to push boundaries way before his time.

Yeah. To me, the same holds true for the marvel character Daredevil, invented by Stan "The Man" Lee, Jack "King" Kirby and "Wild" Bill Everett.
To me, the character was perfected by Frank Miller.
