is Hydra-Cap still alive? last I saw of him, Zemo was trying to free him from prison but got sidetracked by the Punisher in his fancy war machine pants. i'd imagine that he and the Red Skull would need to settle up. I realize that the Uncanny Avengers one was a clone. but he wasn't written that way. Hydra-rogers treated him as if he were the Red Skull who made him kneel back in the WWII. Sin also interacted with him as if he were her father.

Pretty sure that guy's swinging for Steve, but I'd be both amused and depressed at the idea of the book having every major black hero except the one who was Captain America.
