Which New X-Man needs to be promoted to be part of the X-men

The New X-Men, or Young X-Men, created about 15 years ago, the become the next generation of X-Men.

While most the New Mutants and Generation X members who still live, all became part of the X-Men (or X-Force/X-Factor), most of the New X-men never got the chance.

We did see Pixie on Uncanny for the Utopia era and Armor was part of the Astonishing X-men. Recently Ink was part of X-Men Gold.

But the others not. Now, who of those 15 deserves to get promoted (multiple options possible)

Aren't Rockslide, Hellion, Anole, Surge (and Dust,Mercury,Elixir) graduated and they are "X-men"? They really need to some clean up in X-men fiction nobody should become a "X-man" until the graduate college or the x-men school equivalent of college. That would give an explanation for what these characters are doing.

As for who I would like see on the X-men I would probably lean towards Surge. Marvel in general doesn't have many speedsters and she can be used in capacity as well she is energy projector. Also She was a good leader and could be groom for the role in the future.

To me kids like Trance, Blindfold, Loa, Mercury, Indra, Bling! and Match are not ready for the big league yet. They could be used for assists on an occasional mission though, so that they can prove themselves.

To me Surge, Anole, Hellion, Rockslide, Dust and Elixir deserve to become X-men by now.

Surge or Hellion. Dust, Anole and Rockslide are fair options too. I love Elixir but he hasn't been with the X-men for a long time now.

Voted for Surge, and it wasn't even that hard of a decision.
And I know that Pixie was part of Uncanny during Utopia, but I would still like to see her return to the X-Men when the roster isn't so bloated.

I would like to see Dust back but in this day and age with people loving to complain about every little thing she can stay in limbo for a while.

Surge and Hellion, for sure, but also Mercury, Rockslide, Anole and Dust. Wish we could have a proper New X-Men title in the near future with all of them (altough I prefer if they became part of some of the new teams, like Armor, X-23 and Gentle)
