Well she has great news to tell Logan once he comes back from his traveling and the Infinity countdown. Jubes is probably talk about her vamp days like its a casual conversation.

I'm fine with "paf" depending on how much power she's expending at any given time.

I know “paf” is kind of iconic for Jubilee (it’s sort of like her “snikt”), but since she’s grown up now I think her average power output should reflect this. I’d love to see more scenes where she doesn’t have to get pissed off to do things like blow up buildings...



...or melt tanks.

Love this scene. Hope we see more like it with Jubilee now that she's got her powers back. I also hope she gets a chance to interact with Logan again once he returns. There's a lot of potential for Jubilee this year. I hope she gets a chance to shine.

So Jubilee has been restored to living, breathing mutancy again after 13 long years, and her fangy, undead days are now officially behind her. As hyped as most of her fans (myself included) seem to be about this turn of events, there are also those who liked and will miss her vampire powers, and wish that Marvel had actually developed them and done more with them. Tbh, I really wish they had done more with them too, while she had them.

But there were those moments when Jubes really shone as a vampire. So here are some of Vampire Jubilee’s greatest hits.

1) Wolverine picks a fight with a newly-turned Jubilee, it doesn’t turn out well. For Logan.





(Not only did he lose the fight, he lost his motorcycle when she smashed him with it.)

2) Jubilee gets attacked by a horde of zombies in a Russian warehouse, kicks a ton of ass.

3) Captain America invites Jubes on a Nazi vampire hunt aboard an old sunken U-boat because she’s awesome.

4) Jubilee decides to take on a whole squadron of sentinels single-handedly, Warpath questions her sanity. Because of course he does.

5) Jubilee tries to save a “trigger scented” X-23 from herself, and then a train, in a Paris subway.

For some context, earlier in the issue Laura had asked Jubes to kill her quickly if she ever fell under the influence of the trigger scent again as she didn’t want to be used to harm people. Jubilee had, naturally, balked at the idea.

Gee, they sure gave Jubilee a lot of impressive feats during my least favorite phase of her existence.
