I feel like he's too sensitive, sophisticated, and pretty for Scott. Scott's a neurotic/repressed middle American guy who pours himself into his work. I like the height, but I think Scott needs someone more vanilla, more military/jockish.

The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-MEN with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love. It only makes sense for Marvel to be supervised by one entity. There shouldn't be two Marvels.

I like Emilia Clarke for Meggan. She pulls off that elven otherworldliness while also having that wide-eyed, childlike quality. Compare her and Khal Drogo to Meggan and Brian Braddock!

I haven't really liked her outside of GoT.

But Meggan imo isn't good for her she needs someone who has more backbone for lack of a better word. I'm gonna think about who I like her as now. Darn now I'm thinking about this at 6am smh

Maybe it's because I don't see her as a traditional hero in X-Men. Maybe she'd be a better villain. Definitely not a non powered Flatscan but someone with Mutant powers but who?

She's not the greatest actress, she's propped up in GOT by great writing and CGI dragons and such, but I think she'd be perfect as Meggan because her natural personality is so gentle and bubbly, it would be an easy fit as Meggan, while she does still have enough presence to stand up and fight. A character like Sarah Conner in Terminator, though, was a step too far for her. Meggan would be just right.

He does not quite have the long face that I think of when I think live-action Scott Summers. He does have the perfect height and I think he's got that quiet presence to pull it off. I have not seen him in anything else, but what I saw in Baby Driver was enough to convince me that he'd be the perfect Cyclops.
