Well my buddy Hod who posts here is into cricket. But that's the extent of my knowledge of the game.

There's an episode of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations that explains it pretty well.

Vagabond is pretty good though I haven't caught up to it...

Takehiko Inoue's Vagabond is the only manga currently on my pull. The artwork is amazing.

Guys! Cricket is real simple. You try to hit the ball as far as possible and run back and forth between the wickets (Am. bases) as many times as possible for as long as possible without being turned off the field. While the rest of us sit around for hours and hours. It's basically baseball. With different looking bats and a long rectangle instead of a big diamond.

Cricket is quite fun and can be a great nail-biter.
