AoM features stories from all genres including Marvel Assemble(Marvel Heroes),Marvel Supernatural(Magic and Mystics), Marvel Knights(Urban Heroes), Sci-Fi Marvel(Cosmic and Out-of-this-World Stories), Marvel Global(Spies, Wetworks, Black Ops and Espionage),and Uncanny Marvel(X-Men). Participation is easy and very much encouraged! Simply "buy" the titles you like and then vote for your favorite line of the month. The terrorist organization ULTIMATIM and their leader Flag Smasher have attacked the restaurant looking to take hostages and ransom them for enormous amounts of money. Unfortunately for them, they chose the wrong place as T'Challa and Zandia make quick work of the terrorists although Flag Smasher himself managed to escape! As the night winds down, they return to Wakanda for a midnight swim and to reflect on the past few weeks. It's really not so much an effort to draw out Ms. Marvel as it is an excuse to have a giant superpowered turf war. Adding to the problem is a strange jamming signal preventing her from calling for outside help and "Terror-Gen", Lineage's bootleg brand of Terrigen Mist that his mob has been peddling on the streets to various Inhuman punks. A dose of this stuff cranks up ones' powers to dangerous and often fatal levels. Kamala knows this all too well, as it nearly killed her brother when Lineage's bootlicking toadie (and her one-time fling) Kamran exposed him to it as a "recruitment offer". Speaking of whom, Kamran is out recruiting new members for his boss's ranks. If anybody knows where the ol' purple-puss is, it's him. He might see things a little differently, though.

As HYDRA forces prepare to move on unclean coal suppliers overseas, the Squad is slow to react as it continues its war with Hollywood elite Simon "Wonderman" Williams ("If there's an attack while the AWS is busy with Wonderman, it's his fault! APOLOGIZE!"). It's up to U.S. Agent and Silver Sable to try and negotiate with the enraged thespian as Red Hulk, Tigra, and the others break off to defend America's energy resources abroad. Little do they know, negotiations won't work while Wonderman is being mentally enslaved by the Controller, operating from his secret headquarters at CNN Studios - which is now running "All-Losers Squad" hit-pieces 24/7!
Meanwhile, the BUCkies have joined a protest in front of the OsCorp Building in NYC demanding carbon emission reduction. Now it's the jewel of the continent, with factories cranking out iMODOKs or whatever the kids are buying these days. Problem is, HYDRA thinks the country's newfound prosperity has resulted in too much carbon emission! (And, presumably, half those emissions are nocturnal). HYDRA is also under the impression that, because San Diablo recently underwent such a big-time reconstruction, they're a weak and vulnerable target that can be easily rolled over in the wake of the Global Warning. But they don't know that Kristoff is tight with the Thunderbolts! Can Vernard's hired gun, the bounty hunter Boba Fett, hold HYDRA off until I (Deadpool, Merc with a Mouth), Juggernaut, Moonstone, Starscream, and the rest of the 'bolts arrive on the scene? The L-Phones’ brainwashing powers have been stopped by Harold Finch after he was able to cancel the broadcast, but there’s still the remaining problem of the Cybermen to deal with and to make matters worse, they have been alerted to the location of Finch, Sherlock Holmes, Spider-Gwen, Mary-Jane Watson and Liv Moore. Thankfully for them Spider-Gwen is handy in a fight and they have the support of multiple different Spider-Men and women from across the multiverse that might just be able to turn the tide in the battle for New York City! Meanwhile Spider-Man heads for a one-on-one confrontation with John Lumic in a bid to shut down the Cybermen, but Lumic plays his trump card, a kaiju-sized Cyber King that looks set to rain death and destruction down on New York City. Thankfully the world’s scientists, after being brought together by the resources of crime bosses Red Reddington and Carl Elias, are able to give Spider-Man a helping hand, and that involves creating a black hole that could send the Cybermen and Lumic with him back to their own dimension that they originally came from! All Peter and his fellow team of Spider-Men and women need to do is to keep the Cyber King busy, but that isn’t going to be as easy as it sounds.

Mystique, Blink, Sunfire and Gambit, with Boyd Crowder and Raylan Givens in tow, have tracked the Infinity Stone to Los Angeles but now have to get it from the criminal organization known as The Tempus Crew before the Weeping Angels can seize it. In order to achieve this they've sent Gambit, an undercover Mystique and Boyd undercover as arms dealers to a warehouse where the Stone is located to pull of a deal with the Tempus Crew. But when a third party - led by representatives from HYDRA, enter the game, what should be a simple exchange goes horribly wrong and now trapped inside the warehouse, Boyd, Gambit and Mystique must navigate a deadly shootout and get out of the building with the Stone. But time is running out, and they may not be able to keep the exchange secret from the Angels for long.

The future versions of Scott, Alex and Erik have been deceived by the fake James Summers, the third Summers sibling and now they are to be sacrificed in a certain Los Angeles warehouse - so their captors, James' criminal organization, The Tempus Crew - formed with the backing of Sebastian Shaw, can partake in an arcane ritual to summon one of the most powerful artefacts in the world, an Infinity Stone. To make matters worse for the '70s Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr, Charles' school has been ransacked by Shaw's forces and several of Charles' mutants have joined him. Charles has one last shot at convincing them to stay. Meanwhile, the '70s Mystique has found out about the time-travellers and has enlisted her old friends, the world's most useless Detectives, Holland March and Jackson Ealy (The Nice Guys) in an attempt to save them from the Tempus Crew. But even if they can be saved, how are they going to return to their own timeline? One thing's for certain - It will require the efforts of both the X-Men in the past and the present to save the day!
