Good. As far as what to call smaller "events" go, don't call them anything. Fall of the Mutants wasn't called an event. Operation: Galactic Storm wasn't called an event. Stop trying to figure out what to call them and just tell a good story.

    Yes. Good.

I finally hit peak event fatigue last summer. THIS was what was making my pull list shrink.

This could be good news. Gives them a chance to strength solo/team books without being constantly interrupted every few months. Will be interesting to see how it effects sales/readership. That said, 18 months seems like a long time to go without any event...

Ha, I can see that happening.

I'll be fine for at least a year a two. Its been constant back to back events for a while now it was getting pretty dull

That could be both good and bad I think. I hate having to buy comics from books I do not read to follow the story, but then again I think Standoff was one of the best events in recent times so... we will see.

I loved Galactic Storm. Have both TPB's. And all the comic books somewhere in boxes. I'm all for taking a break from main events for awhile. Maybe someone from Marvel (not Bendis) may come up with a great idea for an event when everyone is ready for one again.

If they keep their word and for that length of time....But this is Marvel.

Probably when they think everyone forgot in about 9 months, a new event will come out!

Eh. Really want Eternity War to be the last event before we get the inevitable "event hiatus". GotG, Royals, Nova, USAavengers, Ultimates and other titles should be tied in with an "Alpha" and "Omega" event.

Well, i would appreciate that after two genocides, stuff stopped happening in the X-books.

Well, the kind of people that complain about it it would the same kind of people that think that AvX and IvX are not that bad.
