Five year old time-traveler Stewie Stark arrived from the near future (2020) with one objective; to rule the world. The psychopathic prodigy in the mini Iron Man armor is the son of Howard Stark and Sasha Hammer as well as a grandson of the Mandarin. In a short period of time he has both legally and illegally sieged control of vast amount of Stark and Hammer assets. He has also been adopted by Cynthia Von Doom (Victor's Mom), who wants a 2nd chance at raising a Doom heir. However, Stewie has plans to take over first Castle Doom and then Latveria. He also reveals he has the Mandarin's rings and they have been refitted for his little hands, making him not only a brat in Iron Man garb, but a god!
Captain America is on leave as special security for President Trump. Angela has become a full-time Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. Hulk has been banned from the U.S.A. except Oakland (now Hulkland see HULK). Optimus Prime is M.I.A. Nick Fury introduces Tony Stark, Black Panther, Thor and Captain Marvel to 3 new members. Goliath, a former personal guard of Black Panther (Dora Milaje) using Wakanda-tech and Pym Particles she became a size-changing heroine. Dust, a mutant from Afghanistan who can transform herself into an explosive cloud of sand-like silicon particles and maintain control of her sand form. Finally, it's the Amazing, Spectacular...SPIDER-MAN! However, will the newbies be accepted by the veterans?...NOPE.

Hulk/Banner is a one-man government, board of education, head of disease control, law enforcement, city development, farmer and military. He has used his knowledge as well as resources provided by his new questionable partnership with A.I.M. The city citizens include the lost, disenfranchised, homeless and addicted. However, it has also attracted Morlocks, refugees from the war-torn micro-verse of the Micronauts, creatures from the Savage Land and even "monsters" from below led by Mole Man. As the protector, Hulk decides who enters the city walls and who has to go! He welcomes a group of hulking paranormals he thinks he can trust, the Agents of Smash! However, the world is watching and the new city is like a ticking time bomb and time is running out!

Ms. Marvel has never fared too well against Kaboom in the past, but when the high-voltage hellion cracks open a huff of Terror-Gen, she finds herself in real deep... stuff.

That leaves U.S. Agent and Tigra with the task of shutting down CNN... but they're about to get some unlikely help! Trump's majordomo Steve Bannon has personally recruited an eccentric crime-fighter who recently, and inexplicably, gained tremendous popularity in certain internet circles. Daisy’s first new orders from Klaus are to lead a strike against a mutant refugee camp south of the border in Mexico – neutral territory – and recover or kill as many mutants as possible. Someone within the US gov't has been working with HYDRA behind the scenes, providing them intel about America's military and tech secrets. The mole doesn't have a name to give them, only that he works in the US Senate!
