If Citizen X is really gonna get back in the game, I'd be pretty surprised but not too shocked if he doesn't involve Toni Ho and R.E.S.C.U.E. in some capacity.
I am pretty sure it's Reaper. Garrison Kane hasn't appeared since a brainwashed Madison Jeffries killed him in Tieri's Weapon X.
I also want to see if Fatale and Abyss are with Reaper. It seems editorial has prefered to forget Abyss is a brother of Nightcrawler.
edit: Since Hellion and Lady Mastermind are both quite sexy, I think they are probably actors like Kurt

And, as expected, the matter of the time-displaced O5's memories being inherited by their older versions is already being treated inconsistently! According to Jim Zub on Scott's return to the Champions, those memories feel like just yesterday for him, since it was on the present and he recently gained them. Now, according to JDW on this interview, it feels for Jean like it was 10+ years ago considering that she lived those when she was physically younger and went back after to live the rest of her life.
Honestly I think they both make sense but it's so lame that they're already being inconsistent with it lol. It's probably not get really touched much either way...
It's almost like giving the adults the kids' memories was a really stupid idea that anyone could see would just lead to inconsistencies and cock-ups.

SCOTT SUMMERS AND EMMA FROST DESERVED BETTER.
If the O5 memories are considered old memories so no one in the X-Office has to actually consider them when writing the characters because they don't want to, then that just emphasizes how pointless it was to add them. And neither the memories feeling old or the memories feeling fresh makes more or less sense than the other, because this is a fictional concept.
Yes, the teen romances are creepy now, almost as if they were written with the idea that the O5 would become fully independent and not square pegs forced into round holes.
